After 43 seconds you’ll know if it tastes like a whole set. The Culemborg based rock formation MudoZer makes a cocktail of hard grooving sludge stoner rock with a pinch of psychedelics. Is it comparable to anything? No. But if we have to mention something, Matthew Roelandschap (vocals), Riesjart Mendoza (bass), Dave Mudde (guitar) and Jerry Mudde (drums/samples) move somewhere between Jane’s Addiction, Sasquatch and Corrosion of Conformity. How does that sound? Like a room full of heads banging in sync to hypnotic beats. Like a wall of melodious concrete with special sound effects. As unknown and very familiar: expect the unexpected. Or as they say themselves: “We actually allow everything that comes out of our jams”
